What are some of the Water Damage Sources?
Water damage sources are plentiful and come from both external and internal sources.
External incidents like rain, floods, storms, sewer system backup and other areas where breeches in the building envelope can allow water inside.
Internal sources of water damage include burst pipes, fire suppression system discharge, overflowing sinks or toilets or excessive humidity in the building.
In any case, the water needs to be removed as quickly and completely as possible which also reduces the extent of any secondary water damage such as mold.
