What are fire and smoke damage sources?
Basically any incendiary action out of place has the potential to start a fire. The items consumed in a fire typically will have to be removed. The amount and type of smoke that emanates from the fire is what takes the greater expertise to address and clean up.
How does MSI correct these issues?
We determine what was consumed in the fire as that directs cleaning methods to use for all content and building substrates items that need to be cleaned. Similar to the water damage scenarios, it is critical to know where the smoke migrated to and where soot was deposited. The soot may react with other items in which it comes in contact.
