Hotel Hit by Hurricane
A major gulf city hotel hit with hurricane and flood damage was successfully brought back to full functionality. This over 400,000 square foot facility had water, fungal and other major contamination damage. MSI oversaw all assessment and job coordination efforts for demolition, structural drying, clean up and remediation activities. Documentation and reporting were produced to help owner satisfy their insurance requirements for a successful claims payment. We also worked with local CDC and EPA inspectors to make sure government compliance issues were all met.
